Today, we’re excited to announce that ScaleOps raised $130M in Series C funding at a valuation of more than $800M. Led by Insight Partners with participation from all of our existing investors, Lightspeed Venture Partners, NFX, Glilot Capital Partners, and Picture Capital. This round brings our total funding to $210M.

This milestone confirms what the market already knows. ScaleOps created the Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management category, and we’re leading it.

Static Infrastructure in a Dynamic World

Demand for cloud and AI infrastructure continues to surge. Applications are scaling faster than the infrastructure they run on. Yet organizations today still rely on tools built for a world that no longer exists.

Engineering teams manage infrastructure resources statically, manually, and without any contextual-awareness. They spend countless hours fighting SLO violations and performance issues instead of building.

The issue is scale. You can manually tune infrastructure when it’s small. But when you’re managing hundreds of applications, thousands of workloads, and dynamic AI demands, manual work becomes impossible. Infrastructure remains misallocated. Cost and risk compound.

Our Solution: A Complete Autonomous Resource Management Platform

ScaleOps was built on the belief that infrastructure should manage itself. The ScaleOps platform continuously monitors workload demand and performance signals, optimizing for performance, and managing resources autonomously. Ensuring that every application, AI agent, and model gets exactly the resources it needs, when it needs it.

Engineers no longer have to choose between performance and cost.

From Vision to Category Leadership

When we started ScaleOps, we saw where the market was heading before it became obvious. Today, that vision has solidified into a category: Autonomous Cloud & AI Infrastructure Resource Management. And ScaleOps is defining and leading it.

What’s Next?

Expanding autonomous management. We’re building autonomous management across the full spectrum of AI and cloud infrastructure, with new features and products that extend beyond compute to the entire resource ecosystem.

Global enterprise scale. We’re expanding our footprint into new markets and deepening our presence with existing customers, helping more enterprises unlock the potential of self-managing infrastructure.

Growing the team. We’re scaling our engineering and go-to-market teams to support our next phase of growth and continue delivering exceptional value to our customers.

We set out to build a future where enterprises don’t manage infrastructure at all. Where capacity aligns to demand automatically. Where waste is eliminated continuously. Where performance is never a tradeoff.

That future is here. And we’re only getting started.

Thank you to our customers for trusting us in their most critical environments. Thank you to our investors for believing in this vision. And thank you to the ScaleOps team, this milestone is a direct result of how you build.
