As Account Management Lead - ROW, you will oversee a team of Account Managers and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention and growth, and supporting your team in delivering outstanding outcomes across the Rest of the World region.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead Account Managers responsible for ROW accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Hands-on ownership, and supporting your team in achieving retention, renewal, expansion and upsells targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS Account Management, Account Executive, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading Account Managers or similar customer-facing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, revenue growth, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with technical products, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or B2B SaaS to technical buyers.
  • Familiarity with K8s, containers, AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
