We are looking for a hands-on People Operations & Employee Experience to own day to day office & people operations at our Israel site. This role is all about creating a positive, engaging, and well-run workplace- from seamless onboarding and day-to-day on-site office management to meaningful employee experience initiatives.
You will be a central point of contact for employees, helping ensure they feel supported, connected, and excited to come to work.
Responsibilities
Employee Experience
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end employee experience at the Israel site
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team events, happy hours and more
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting day-to-day needs and questions
- Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
- Partner with managers and People teams to support employee well-being and engagement
People Operations
- Manage core people operations and HR administration for the Israel site
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Support HR processes, policies, and internal communications
Office Management
- Own day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized, welcoming environment
- Manage office vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle office purchasing, inventory, and budget tracking
- Be the go-to person for all office-related needs
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience, Office Management, or a similar role
- Strong people skills with a genuine passion for employee experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive, can-do-attitude mindset
