Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and traffic to our website.
  • Create, optimize, and manage all our paid acquisition campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion paths to maximize lead generation and sales opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align demand-generation efforts with sales objectives and targets.



Requirements


  • 3-4 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with experience in a B2D company - a must.
  • An expert in running Google ads - a must. 
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Expert analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM reporting, Spreadsheets).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
