We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Operations Specialist to support budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage the end-to-end collection process of outstanding invoices
  • A/R Operational and Financial Support: Preparing and verifying customer invoices, sending invoices to customers
  • Billing Preparation: Oversee and prepare customer billing
  • Sales Commissions Support: assisting with data collection, accuracy checks, and documentation
  • Partners Commissions: Manage the calculation, validation, and reporting of partners’ commissions
  • Credit Card reports preparation
  • Accounts Payable Support: collecting vendor invoices, preparing for payment and monitoring the approval flow
  • Payroll Support: Prepare all necessary documentation and data required to process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Bank Relations: Handle day-to-day operational issues with the company’s banks


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in start ups in a similar financial position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Vlookup)
  • High level of English (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or accounting systems- preferably Salesforce and Mesh. 
  • A team player, great communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated with a can do attitude.
  • Well organized with excellent attention to details and a dedication to accuracy and 
  • Pro-active attitude and willing to take new responsibilities
  • Time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong learning ability, quick learner and ability to adapt and acquire new knowledge
