We are seeking an exceptional VP Product to join our executive team and shape the future of cloud optimization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that will drive ScaleOps' next phase of growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team
  • Drive strategic product decisions that balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
  • Establish and optimize product development processes, metrics, and KPIs across the organization
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption
  • Represent ScaleOps' product vision externally to customers, partners, and industry analysts
  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and market opportunities
  • Own the product P&L and drive business growth through data-driven decision making

Requirements

What You Bring Along:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS products from early stage to market leadership
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps landscapes
  • Experience building and leading product teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of successful product launches and measurable business impact
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus
