About the Role:
We’re looking for a super-organized, energetic and people-oriented Office Manager & Employee Experience to join us. This role combines hands-on office management with ownership of employee happiness, company culture, and team operations. You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day life at ScaleOps!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the daily operations of the Tel Aviv office and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Organize team events, holiday celebrations, and wellness activities that keep our team connected and happy
- Coordinate employee travel, logistics, and accommodations (locally and abroad)
- Support our finance team with office-related expenses, vendor management, and reporting
- Work closely with HR on onboarding, employee gifts, and internal communications
- Serve as the go-to person for anything culture, operations, or "let’s get it done"
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an Office Manager, Admin, or Employee Experience Specialist in a startup/tech environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- A proactive attitude and a passion for creating great employee experiences
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew & English – this is a must, as you'll be working closely with global teams and external partners on a daily basis.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools
