We are seeking a talented Recruiter with up to 3 years of experience, preferably with a background in startups or a recruitment agency. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, and online, managing the interview process from start to finish.
- Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Requirements
What You Bring Along:
- Up to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment or recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with fast-paced recruitment processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
