We are seeking an experienced VP of Human Resources to scale our people operations from the ground up. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our rapid growth while maintaining our unique culture and values.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Design and implement comprehensive HR infrastructure and processes to support ScaleOps' growth trajectory
* Lead strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives
* Build and scale robust compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
* Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and cultural initiatives
* Create and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
* Partner with leadership team on organizational design and change management
* Establish HR metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision-making
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
* Design and implement DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace
* Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
* Build and lead the HR team, including recruitment, talent, and operations functions
