About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and organized Operations Lead to join our team in Israel. You’ll be a key player in managing operational processes, supporting company needs, and helping drive our growth from within. This role requires a passion for getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Own operational processes related to company growth and contracts
- Coordinate with external vendors, legal counsel, and internal teams to support smooth operations
- Drive internal efficiency by streamlining systems and workflows
- Support HR and finance with documentation, onboarding, and policy tracking
- Events planning and execution
- Managing the office managers team and support them with daily office operations and welfare activities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, legal ops, or administration in a tech/startup environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of ownership and independence
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Native-level Hebrew & fluent English
